As the Global Head of Cloud & Infrastructure, you will lead the organization overseeing cloud platforms, networks, observability, forward deployment engineering, enterprise architecture, and AI foundations across all global business divisions. You will architect and operate a hybrid, multi-cloud estate using Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure while ensuring 24/7 reliability and optimized performance. Your daily responsibilities include engineering resilient global networks with SASE/SSE modernization and zero trust architecture for market-data and trading workloads. You will also industrialize GenAI capabilities by building scalable data platform foundations. Key technical requirements include experience with Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, OpenShift, Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Prometheus, Grafana, and DataDog. This role addresses complex infrastructure challenges within highly regulated industries such as financial services, capital markets, ratings, and data analytics to ensure compliance with SEC, ESMA, FCA, and DORA frameworks.

What we're looking for
Must have at least 15 years of technology leadership experience.
Must have at least 5 years of experience leading global cloud and infrastructure organizations.
Proven track record in enterprise cloud transformation across hybrid, multi-cloud environments using orchestration platforms and infrastructure as code tools.
Demonstrated experience leading global enterprise network organizations including SASE/SSE modernization and zero-trust implementation.
Deep operating experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services or capital markets with regulatory compliance expertise.
Executive-level fluency in managing large-scale technology budgets, vendor portfolios, and interacting with regulators and auditors.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; an advanced degree (MS, MBA) is strongly preferred.
Experience with platform engineering, CI/CD pipelines, observability solutions, and M&A technology integration is preferred.
