Head of Cloud & Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Lead the global Cloud & Infrastructure organization overseeing platforms, networks, observability, and AI foundations.
• Architect and operate a hybrid, multi-cloud estate across Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure.
• Engineer resilient global networks using SASE/SSE and zero trust architecture for trading workloads.
• Industrialize foundational GenAI capabilities and build scalable AI-ready data platform foundations.
• Drive enterprise modernization through risk-based vulnerability management and secure software supply chain practices.
• Manage large-scale technology budgets and vendor portfolios while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Align architecture with M&A execution to accelerate integration and deliver business value.

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience with at least 5 years leading global cloud and infrastructure organizations.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise cloud transformation and platform modernization across hybrid, multi-cloud environments.
• Experience leading global enterprise network organizations including SASE/SSE modernization and zero-trust network access implementation.
• Deep operating experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services, capital markets, ratings, or data analytics.
• Executive-level fluency with regulators, external auditors, and enterprise risk functions with accountability for large-scale budgets and vendor portfolios.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or equivalent) (preferred).
• Experience integrating technology capabilities post-M&A, platform engineering, CI/CD, and observability solutions (preferred).
