What you'll do

Lead the development and deployment of QEdge as the company’s digital quality platform.
Architect engineered quality systems including digital SPC, automated process controls, and real-time performance monitoring.
Drive Cost of Quality transformation by improving financial visibility to quality losses and shifting investment upstream into prevention.
Champion integration of automation, machine vision, sensors, and advanced analytics into manufacturing processes.
Develop and deploy business-relevant performance metrics using QEdge for operational and financial insights.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Master’s preferred)
Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing or quality roles
Proven leadership in enterprise quality and digital transformation initiatives
Expertise in manufacturing processes, automation, and operational risk management
Advanced knowledge of quality engineering principles and statistical methods
