What you'll do

  • Drive Product Quality Engineering strategy across all new product development phases.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams in statistical methods and process capability.
  • Establish product validation and verification protocols aligned with industry best practices.
  • Develop mitigation strategies through root cause analysis, FMEA, and trend analysis.
  • Lead production readiness assessments to validate process capability and quality systems.
  • Own day-to-day factory quality engineering and sustainment for productization/ramp support.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience with 5-10 years of industry experience.
  • Proven experience leading Product Quality Engineering in complex product development environments.
  • Strong background in DFMEA, DOE, Six Sigma, statistical methods, and reliability engineering.
  • Track record of developing and implementing global Quality strategies.
  • Experience leading large-scale organizational change and driving cultural transformation.
  • Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001 and AS9100.
  • Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies and managing compliance.
