What you'll do

  • Lead Data & AI transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities and shaping strategies.
  • Define and implement Data & AI strategies for Supply Chain & Operations transformation.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Design data governance models to support scalable AI solutions with high data quality and compliance.
  • Develop business cases and value frameworks to quantify impact and define KPIs.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Data & AI strategy with a focus on Supply Chain & Operations.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in external consulting or equivalent, addressing real business challenges with Data & AI.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, management, and the AI solution lifecycle from strategy to implementation.
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, influence decisions, and build trusted relationships across teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing business cases, defining KPIs, and measuring impact of Data & AI initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills, focusing on delivering measurable value through Data & AI solutions.
