What we're looking for
- 12+ years of experience leading AI/ML engineers and decision scientists in deploying production solutions.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex algorithms under constraints for performance, time-to-market, and adoptability.
- Strong statistical and modeling fluency to partner effectively with decision scientists on model behavior, drift, degradation, and output integrity.
- Experience with analytical coding languages such as Python, R, SQL, and software development tools like GitLab/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Leadership skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics, remove barriers, and collaborate effectively at all levels.
