What you'll do

Develop new machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Prototype Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for business challenges.
Enhance existing model solutions as technology evolves.
Provide statistical guidance and create ad-hoc reports for business partners.
Build predictive models to identify company-wide trends.
Perform testing and validation of datasets used in machine learning projects.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in machine learning, engineering, data science, or related field.
Expertise in Machine Learning & AI techniques including LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and various algorithms.
Proficiency in Data Engineering tools such as Databricks, Hadoop, SQL, and data pipelines.
Experience with Cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure (preferred) or AWS/GCP for ML projects.
Strong skills in deployment & MLOps including MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Jira.
Proven ability to deliver AI/ML solutions that drive continued value and usage.
