Develops medium to large complex customer technology platforms using agentic AI engineering.
Uses AI coding tools daily or weekly for development tasks and enhancements.

Evaluates model performance, optimizes prompts, and tunes models to improve output quality.
Converts unstructured inputs into structured artifacts like requirements and test cases.
Supports continuous improvement of production stability by identifying system deficiencies.
Codes complex components of information systems and mentors others on coding standards.
What we're looking for
Requires a BA/BS in IT, Computer Science or related field and 3+ years of experience.
Experience with US healthcare, payer systems, HIPAA compliance, and enterprise security preferred.
Strong background in Agile project management and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFE).
Proficiency in cloud-native development, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure SDLC.
Experience integrating AI into tools like JIRA and building LLM or SLM applications preferred.
Expertise in Amazon Bedrock AgentCore components including runtime, memory, identity, gateway, and observability.
