Review solution architecture across LLMOps, conversational programming, and AI-powered contact center use cases.
Coach team members on generative AI methods, delivery planning, and technical problem solving.

What we're looking for

At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of experience.
Experience leading generative AI delivery for client engagement workstreams (preferred).
Experience guiding teams using Gemini, Vertex AI, and LangChain (preferred).
Proficiency in prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and guardrails (preferred).
Knowledge of LLMOps, retrieval-augmented generation, and vector databases (preferred).
Proficiency with Python, machine learning, and NLP in delivery (preferred).
Experience mentoring teams through AI fluency and agile delivery (preferred).
