A core focus is AI-augmented development, where you will leverage tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor to integrate LLM APIs from OpenAI or Anthropic. You will design RAG pipelines, manage vector databases, and develop custom agents using frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI to solve complex software engineering problems.

What you'll do

Own features from initial concept through production release by writing and shipping high-quality code daily.
Build and deploy full-stack applications using modern frontend frameworks and backend languages like Java, Node.js, or Python.
Implement and optimize RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and event-driven integrations.
Configure and manage cloud-native infrastructure using AWS or GCP, including containers and infrastructure-as-code.
Integrate LLM APIs and AI/ML services into applications while designing RAG pipelines and prompt engineering strategies.
Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development workflows, refactoring, and automated testing.
Establish security practices and governance for responsible AI usage across the engineering organization.
Train and upskill team members on the effective use of AI tools in their daily workflows.

What we're looking for

10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
5+ years of experience in hands-on full stack tech lead roles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Angular), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
Deep hands-on experience building and operating services with Java/Spring Boot, Node.js/Express, or Python/FastAPI/Django.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tooling.
Proficiency in building and optimizing SQL and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven integrations.
Advanced daily usage of AI coding assistants and experience integrating LLM APIs into production applications.
Experience building AI/ML-powered product features (preferred).
Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI) (preferred).
Experience in regulated industries with security and compliance requirements (preferred).
Certifications in cloud platforms (preferred).
