What you'll do

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of full-stack capabilities across cloud-native microservices.
Develop distributed, secure, and scalable back-end services using Python, Java/Spring Boot, or similar technologies.
Architect and govern AWS cloud deployments, including Kubernetes clusters, Infrastructure as Code, and security controls.
Guide teams in DevSecOps execution, including GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Integrate large-scale data, search, or analytic pipelines using tools like Kafka, NiFi, and Elasticsearch.
Mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews to drive engineering best practices.
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as LLMs, AI, and synthetic data for mission applicability.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience with full-stack software engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Experience leading technical delivery or architecture for cloud-native or distributed systems.
Experience with Python, C++, Java, Spring Boot, or enterprise service stacks.
Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or SQLite.
Experience with containerization and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience building secure, high-performance applications in classified or highly restricted environments.
