What you'll do

Develop end-to-end software solutions from initial vision to production-ready systems.
Design and implement APIs using sound design patterns for large volumes of data.
Manage and evolve a high-impact big data graph platform using engineering best practices.
Build features for engaged users using modern technologies like Cassandra, Kafka, and JanusGraph.
Deploy and manage applications on an AWS cloud-based Kubernetes platform.
Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure the system is future-proofed.
Identify and implement necessary system improvements based on current architecture and future requirements.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, and implementing software applications using agile methods.
5+ years of experience in software development with programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
3+ years of experience with Java or Python.
Experience designing and implementing APIs with sound design patterns for large volumes of data.
Experience managing large databases or a data warehouse.
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree.
Experience with AWS, PostgreSQL, React, SecDevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD, Cassandra, or JanusGraph (preferred); Master’s degree (preferred).
