What you'll do

Own the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle by transitioning research models into production microservices.
Build and optimize scalable infrastructure for automated data pipelines and model serving platforms.
Develop continuous monitoring systems for high-stakes applications like fraud detection and vulnerability management.
Write performant, maintainable code using Python, Java, or Scala following strict software engineering practices.
Manage enterprise-grade ML platforms using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Provide technical delivery leadership by guiding engineers and coordinating cross-functional rollouts with product management.
Automate model deployment processes by leveraging interactive AI tools and cloud infrastructure.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
At least 2 years of experience building, scaling, and optimizing ML systems.
Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
4+ years of experience building production-ready data pipelines that feed ML models (preferred).
7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred).
2+ years of on-the-job experience with an industry recognized ML framework such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, Dask, Spark, or TensorFlow (preferred).
