What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of software and MLOps projects while mentoring developers and driving Agile practices.
Own the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle by building scalable infrastructure to deploy research models into production microservices.
Design and optimize automated data pipelines, model serving platforms, and continuous monitoring systems.
Write performant, maintainable code using Python, Java, or Scala following strong software engineering practices.
Manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Balance hands-on engineering with technical leadership to coordinate cross-functional rollouts and product management goals.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience programming with Python, Scala, or Java.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
At least 2 years of experience building, scaling, and optimizing ML systems.
Master's Degree (preferred)
4+ years of experience building production-ready data pipelines that feed ML models (preferred)
7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred)
2+ years of on-the-job experience with an industry recognized ML framework such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, Dask, Spark, or TensorFlow (preferred)
