The Frontier Tools Architect joins the Frontier Transformation Group to build an Agent and Intelligent Platform that productizes eight core delivery capabilities into repeatable software. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog, translating delivery motions into reusable components like agents, accelerators, templates, and connectors. The role involves designing how the platform consumes Work IQ, Fabric IQ, and Foundry IQ intelligence layers to provide operational context. You will work with engineering pods and transformation leads to convert blueprints into technical requirements while embedding security and compliance by design. Key technologies include the Microsoft AI platform, specifically Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agent 365. You will define telemetry to measure cycle-time and P&L impact, ensuring the platform serves as the primary machinery for large-scale enterprise transformation.
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Agent and Intelligent Platform.
Translate delivery motions into reusable platform components like agents, accelerators, and templates.
Manage the platform backlog by writing requirements and prioritizing features based on customer impact.
Build and design features using the Microsoft AI platform, including Copilot and Agent 365.
Convert capability blueprints into technical requirements in partnership with engineering and business architects.
Embed security, compliance, and monitoring controls directly into the platform by design.
Define telemetry and value metrics to measure cycle-time, capacity, and P&L impact.
Create documentation and enablement patterns to help delivery teams and customers adopt the platform.
What we're looking for
Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, or consulting.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, or consulting.
Equivalent experience to the degree and years of experience requirements.
Proven track record owning a product or platform from strategy through roadmap, delivery, and adoption (preferred).
Experience productizing internal or delivery capabilities into reusable, instrumented software used at scale (preferred).
Understanding of building AI agents and applications, including agent orchestration, tooling, and integration patterns (preferred).
Working knowledge of the Microsoft AI platform, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agent 365 (preferred).
Experience building or integrating governance, security, and compliance controls into AI products for regulated industries (preferred).
