What you'll do

  • Lead the development and tracking of annual budgets and monthly forecasts for expense management.
  • Oversee and coordinate the monthly forecasting process, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial performance trends, risks, and opportunities to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Consolidate and present month-end close results with clear variance explanations to senior management.
  • Develop executive-ready materials and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of financial or accounting management experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in retail financial services, banking, or operations finance
  • Proficiency with data mining tools like SQL, Databricks, Essbase, and SAP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience supporting strategic projects
