The role requires expert proficiency in Custom Application Architectures and advanced skills in Agentic Design, Software Engineering, Business Process Analysis, and AI Agents and Workflow Integration.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical discussions to align solution designs with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
  • Analyze emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to colleagues on complex architectural challenges.
  • Solve problems that apply across multiple teams to ensure operational requirements are met.

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Full Stack Java.
  • Native exposure to AI and RAG.
  • Experience with API development, AI Coding Agents, AI Foundry, LangGraph, Neo, and Vector Knowledge Graphs.
  • Expert proficiency in Custom Application Architectures.
  • Advanced proficiency in Agentic Design (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Software Engineering, Business Process Analysis, and AI Agents and Workflow Integration (suggested).
