What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot electro-mechanical modules and subassemblies efficiently.
  • Resolve module test and final qualification issues promptly.
  • Qualify and implement diagnostics for production staff support.
  • Analyze RGA data to evaluate contamination requirements compliance.
  • Develop OCAPs, Fishbones, and troubleshooting guidelines for processes.
  • Support the creation of manufacturing procedures and technical instructions.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an engineering environment with complex manufacturing assemblies.
  • Proficiency in servo and mechatronic control systems, integrated hardware/software testers, and vacuum systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux/Python/Matlab for data processing and analysis.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing and quality methodologies like statistical process control and FMEA.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team with senior leadership.
  • Willingness to work rotating night shifts and occasional weekends.
