The Flow Solutions Architect joins the Enterprise Technology Services team within the Information Systems and Technology organization. What you'll do

Identify and define integration and process automation requirements by leading discussions with various enterprise teams.
Design and build end-to-end solutions using Apache Camel and Flowable for message routing and automated workflows.
Make critical design decisions regarding integration flows, failure handling, retries, and long-running business processes.
Convert repeating use cases into reusable patterns, reference architectures, and templates to streamline common requirements.
Communicate real-world gaps and pain points to the platform engineering team to influence the product roadmap.
Build relationships with stakeholders to increase organizational confidence and adoption of the internal platform.

What we're looking for

Minimum 10 plus years of overall experience, with a significant portion in enterprise integration or workflow automation.
Recent experience in a hands-on solutioning or architecture role.
Strong hands-on experience in enterprise integration, preferably Apache Camel.
Proficiency in Enterprise Integration Patterns including routing, transformation, error handling, idempotency, retries, and dead letter handling.
Experience in workflow or process automation, preferably Flowable or any other BPMN based engine.
Strong solution architecture and system design skills to translate vague business problems into robust technical designs.
Good communication skills to work directly with both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience driving adoption of an internal platform or shared service across a large organization (preferred).
Background in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, integration consulting, or platform/developer enablement (preferred).
