What you'll do

Identify and define integration and process automation requirements from internal business teams.
Design and build end-to-end solutions using Apache Camel and Flowable for message routing and automated workflows.
Make critical architectural decisions regarding error handling, retries, and system maintainability.
Translate vague business problems into robust technical designs and specifications.
Create reusable patterns, reference architectures, and templates to streamline common requirements.
Communicate with both technical and business stakeholders to drive platform adoption and confidence.
Report real-world gaps and pain points to the engineering team to influence the product roadmap.

What we're looking for

Minimum 10 plus years of overall experience, including significant time in enterprise integration or workflow automation.
Recent experience in a hands-on solutioning or architecture role.
Strong hands-on experience in enterprise integration, preferably with Apache Camel and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
Experience in workflow or process automation, preferably Flowable or another BPMN-based engine.
Strong solution architecture and system design skills to translate vague business problems into robust technical designs.
Good communication skills for interacting with both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience driving adoption of an internal platform or shared service across a large organization (preferred).
Background in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, integration consulting, or platform/developer enablement (preferred).
