What you'll do

Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for all in-scope entities.
Prepare US GAAP financial statements including intercompany balances and sub-consolidations.
Oversee intercompany transactions, elimination policies, and transfer pricing documentation.
Maintain books and governance for BVI holding and operating entities.
Apply specific accounting standards to measure the fair value of crypto assets.
Produce monthly management accounts, variance analyses, and investor reporting packages.
Serve as the primary contact for external audits and maintain internal control environments.
Lead a small accounting team and automate processes using Python or data tools.

What we're looking for

Active CPA license.
10+ years of progressive accounting experience in financial services or trading.
Strong technical expertise in US GAAP, including consolidation, intercompany, equity method, and revenue recognition.
Experience managing multi-entity close processes and offshore structures (BVI/Cayman preferred).
Knowledge of digital asset accounting, specifically ASC 820 and ASU 2023-08.
Proficiency in Python or data analysis tools to automate reconciliations and reporting.
Experience with ERP implementation and managing internal controls for audit readiness.
Background in prime brokerage, OTC derivatives, or structured finance is preferred.
