Financial Analyst 4

What you'll do

• Support program leaders with daily financial analysis and operational decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain cost models, business cases, ROI calculations for programs.
• Track investment performance across the program lifecycle and report key variances.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with standards.
• Develop and improve financial governance, metrics, and dashboards for programs.

What we're looking for

• 5-8 years of progressive finance experience, including business partnering and FP&A.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS).
• Experience supporting R&D, engineering, or innovation-driven organizations.
• Proven ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
• CPA certification or MBA preferred but not required.
