Senior FP&A Analyst

What you'll do

• Develop and improve short- and long-term financial models for strategic planning.
• Manage budgets and drive spending decisions to support company growth initiatives.
• Enhance budget processes and reporting outputs for executive presentations.
• Provide key inputs for Pluralsight’s financial model to inform business strategy.
• Conduct ad hoc modeling to support various business initiatives and projects.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of related experience in finance, economics, or analytics fields.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and GSuite tools for budget management and reporting.
• Experience in building complex financial models and solving problems creatively.
• Ability to drive strategic priorities by managing budgets and improving processes.
• Adaptive software experience preferred for handling financial model inputs and outputs.
