What you'll do

  • Lead the implementation of S/4 HANA technology and process solutions in Finance.
  • Coordinate testing activities (BST/UAT/BRT/SCT) for respective processes within region.
  • Manage data cleansing, conversion, and migration efforts for production environments.
  • Oversee documentation updates and change impact assessments for finance processes.
  • Act as a change agent and super user towards service delivery teams during transition.

What we're looking for

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Finance, preferably in MedTech
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and a professional accountancy qualification
  • Deep accounting knowledge of Capital Equipment, placement models, and Commercial Fixed Assets
  • SAP S/4 HANA knowledge with experience in ERP systems and US GAAP
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead under pressure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing complex projects
  • Experience in Finance Transformation (technology and process)
