What you'll do

Perform installation, optimization, and maintenance on public safety communication systems.
Develop technical solutions for complex problems during system implementation and support.
Execute preventative maintenance routines to ensure proper system operation through trend analysis.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for specialized communications systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, optimize, and cut-over advanced communication systems.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of P25 radio systems, trunking/SmartZone systems, and NICE public safety logging systems.
Proficiency in computer network installation, configuration, and maintenance including LAN/WAN technologies.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance routines and document results for system operation analysis.
CET certification through CompTIA Network+ or Security+ within 6 months of hire.
