  • Proficiency in CMMS and ERM software, with experience in asset lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental laws, and building codes.
  • Certified Facility Manager credentials preferred.
  • Ability to handle emergencies outside normal working hours.
