As a Facets Product Consultant – Technical, you will join the team to deliver healthcare payer technology solutions supporting business transformation initiatives. What you'll do

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to design healthcare payer solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead solution discussions with client business and IT teams to validate functional and technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement custom applications and enhancements within the healthcare domain.
  • Develop and maintain integrations, APIs, and web services supporting Facets and related platforms.
  • Create technical specifications, solution designs, and supporting project documentation.
  • Estimate project effort, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery milestones for development initiatives.
  • Monitor project execution and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide timely resolutions or escalate critical risks.

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience within the Healthcare IT industry, preferably supporting Healthcare Payer organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets, including Membership, Billing, and Claims.
  • Experience serving in a client-facing consulting or technical advisory capacity.
  • At least 2+ years of hands-on development experience with .NET Framework/.NET Technologies and SQL Development.
  • Strong programming experience using Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience designing and developing web services, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Experience with AWS Glue, Angular, and Python (preferred); experience with Kafka, Azure DevOps, and QNXT (preferred).
