The Lead Product Consultant – Facets Workflow is responsible for leading workflow analysis, solution design, and implementation for healthcare payer administration solutions on the Facets platform. Working within the healthcare payer domain, the consultant serves as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions across Facets Plan/Product, Membership, and Group capabilities. Daily responsibilities include leading end-to-end workflow discovery, documenting future-state processes, identifying configuration risks, and providing subject matter expertise through testing and post-production support. The role requires deep hands-on experience with the Facets platform, healthcare payer administration business processes, and functional design. Key competencies include requirements definition, solution design, and the ability to manage cross-functional dependencies to improve implementation quality and operational outcomes within complex healthcare environments.
Lead end-to-end workflow discovery and analysis for health plan operations.
Document current-state processes, future-state workflows, business rules, and solution impacts.
Design integrated Facets solutions across Plan/Product, Membership, and Group capabilities.
Translate business requirements into scalable functional and configuration designs.
Identify workflow gaps, configuration risks, and process inefficiencies to improve implementation quality.
Provide subject matter expertise during requirements, design, configuration, testing, and post-production support.
Resolve cross-functional dependencies and align implementation decisions with business objectives.
What we're looking for
Deep hands-on experience with the Facets platform, including workflow, functionality, and configuration within Plan/Product, Membership, and Group domains.
Strong knowledge of healthcare payer administration and end-to-end health plan business processes.
Experience leading workflow analysis, requirements definition, solution design, and implementation for complex Facets initiatives.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable functional designs and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to manage dependencies.
