As a Lead Consultant in the newly established Exposure Management function within the cybersecurity organization, you will bring deep domain expertise to modernize how the enterprise identifies and mitigates security vulnerabilities. Your primary responsibilities include owning and scaling the Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) platform, ensuring accurate data ingestion, normalization, and correlation across various tools like vulnerability management systems, EDR/XDR platforms, and cloud/security platforms. You will design and maintain CTEM dashboards for different audiences, including executives, engineers, and security teams, to provide actionable insights and improve risk visibility. This role requires experience with security tooling, data pipelines, and automation, as well as familiarity with tools like Zafran or Nagomi. Ideal candidates have a strong background in security engineering and exposure management, along with skills in Python automation and threat assessment.

What you'll do

Own and manage CTEM platforms and supporting tooling for exposure management.
Design and maintain integrations across various security tools and cloud platforms.
Ensure data ingestion, normalization, and correlation to improve data quality.
Aggregate security findings into meaningful exposure insights for different audiences.
Build and optimize workflows connecting CTEM insights to remediation execution.
Serve as a bridge between CTEM data and execution teams to enable effective usage.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in security engineering, exposure management, vulnerability management, or platform engineering.
Hands-on experience with ingestion, normalization, dashboards, RBAC, and automation for security platforms.
Deep domain expertise in network, endpoint, cloud, identity, infrastructure, and related security tools.
Experience integrating security tools and working with APIs/data pipelines to ensure accurate data coverage.
Strong understanding of how security data translates into risk prioritization and actionable intelligence.
