This role requires at least 4-6 years of experience in intelligence, crisis management, or global security operations, along with a strong background in meteorology and natural hazards. You will also advance automation within intelligence workflows and lead proactive handovers between regional operations centers to ensure seamless foresight across the enterprise.

What you'll do

  • Represent the Risk Intelligence team in the 24/7 GOC, ensuring consistent analytical rigor and shift performance.
  • Produce AI-enabled intelligence to identify emerging risks early and drive timely, actionable decisions for safety.
  • Serve as on-shift intelligence lead during critical incidents, providing risk assessment and decision-ready context.
  • Develop routine and proactive intelligence products like Daily Briefs and formal assessments to support enterprise leaders.
  • Advance automation in intelligence workflows by partnering with Engineering and Tech Ops to enhance speed and accuracy.

What we're looking for

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in intelligence, crisis management, or global security operations.
  • Advanced analytical and technical skills including OSINT/SOCMINT fundamentals and GIS tool proficiency.
  • Subject matter expertise in geopolitics, meteorology, natural hazards, civil unrest, and investigations.
  • Proven leadership and ability to inspire others through example and mentorship.
  • Experience in proactive decision-making and turning intelligence into measurable outcomes under pressure.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Legal, Comms, and Regional Operations teams.
  • Familiarity with data analytics platforms and a drive to scale predictive capabilities through technology.
