Executive Director Senior Technical Account Manager, Data and AI Fusion Platform

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive customer success strategies focused on onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention.
• Serve as the single accountable point of contact for technical success across a portfolio of internal customer organizations.
• Translate complex customer requirements into executable plans and coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product and Engineering teams.
• Lead technical deep dives and structured requirement sessions with senior engineers, architects, and risk stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end escalations by triaging issues, communicating with stakeholders, and driving durable remediation actions.
• Track and report key success metrics including customer health, adoption rates, and satisfaction scores to leadership.
• Identify and win new customer projects by diagnosing needs and securing stakeholder commitment for internal delivery.
• Convert recurring customer pain points into standardized playbooks and formal product engineering requests.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in customer success roles within product or technology environments.
• 8+ years of experience in technical, delivery-oriented roles such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Architect.
• Proven ability to lead teams across highly matrixed and complex organizations while delivering value at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution across multiple teams without direct authority through program leadership and dependency management.
• Strong technical foundation across data and AI platforms with the ability to lead technical deep dives.
• Executive-level communication skills to drive decisions, communicate trade-offs, and provide status at senior forums.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments while creating structure for evolving products and processes.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments with knowledge of the product development life cycle.
