What you'll do

Architect and deliver production-grade agentic AI solutions including multi-agent orchestration and RAG pipelines.
Develop secure, high-quality code and create durable, reusable software frameworks for cross-functional use.
Integrate intelligent, self-directed agents into existing enterprise systems to automate operational workflows.
Design and govern AI-enabled engineering workflows to improve delivery speed, code quality, and incident triage.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert on agent safety, prompt engineering, and responsible AI deployment.
Advise cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders on the strategic adoption of autonomous AI capabilities.
Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services like SageMaker and Bedrock to enhance client onboarding processes.
Translate complex AI concepts into measurable business outcomes for executive audiences.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 12+ years of applied experience.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java/J2EE and/or Python.
Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks, NLP, ML, and cloud-native AI deployment on AWS (including SageMaker and Bedrock).
Experience leading AI-powered products as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
Understanding of the business and financial services industry.
Ability to present and effectively communicate with Senior Leaders and Executives.
Developing and refining prompt engineering, multi-turn agent interaction design, and expertise in agent observability (preferred).
Domain knowledge in client onboarding processes (preferred).
