What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end product management execution across Wholesale Onboarding, Servicing, and Document Management platforms.
  • Lead delivery of complex, workflow-driven initiatives spanning multiple Lines of Business.
  • Enforce platform standards to ensure scalability, consistency, and control.
  • Identify and resolve execution risks and act as senior escalation point for issues.
  • Develop executive-ready materials and status reporting for senior leadership forums.
  • Apply Agile practices to drive disciplined and transparent execution.
  • Mentor Lead and Feature Product Owners across platforms and Lines of Business.

What we're looking for

  • At least 7 years of business execution, implementation, or strategic planning experience
  • Minimum 3 years of management or leadership experience
  • Proven ability to deliver complex onboarding and servicing journeys in regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of KYC, regulatory controls, and product journey processes
  • Advanced risk, dependency, and escalation management skills
  • Experience incorporating AI capabilities into product solutions
  • Excellent communication and influence skills with senior leaders
