What you'll do

  • Lead the strategy and execution of member feedback survey programs to drive business outcomes.
  • Oversee data management, information governance, and analytics infrastructure for the Voice of the Member program.
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics capabilities to identify emerging trends and influence executive decisions.
  • Manage the research enablement function to support the delivery of actionable insights across the enterprise.
  • Drive the modernization of performance metrics and innovation in data storytelling for senior leadership.
  • Oversee the development of training plans, technical tools, and staffing requirements for the analytics team.
  • Ensure all data activities comply with internal risk management and information governance policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and survey platforms to ensure high-quality data output and rigor.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a quantitative field, or 4 years of relevant education and experience.
  • 10 years of data and analytics experience within a complex financial services organization.
  • 4 years of people leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience leading projects using Agile methodologies and conducting large-scale data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Expertise in complex database systems, information governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level storytelling and actionable business insights.
  • Extensive experience with Voice of Customer programs, survey platforms like Qualtrics, and text analytics or AI solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of customer experience measurement methodologies, survey design, and market research practices.
