  • Leads product managers to ensure AI solutions are treated as products with clear roadmaps.
  • Tracks the AI frontier and translates intelligence into concrete recommendations for Regeneron’s priorities.
  • Embeds team directly with business stakeholders to activate AI solutions at speed.
  • Translates business problems into solution blueprints, architecture patterns, and integration pathways.
  • Partners with GCC engineering leadership to ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.

What we're looking for

  • Over 17 years of experience leading applied AI/ML organizations through full lifecycle.
  • Proven track record in building and managing AI product management teams.
  • Strong background in solution architecture with strategic and technical leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of AI's impact on drug discovery, clinical development, and biopharma operations.
  • Expertise in the current AI landscape including generative AI, agentic systems, and modern platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code AI deployment and configured GenAI platforms.
