As a Senior Exchange & Copilot Operations Support Engineer in the IT operations team, you will provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid environments, troubleshooting complex issues related to mailboxes, transport, connectivity, and authentication. Your daily tasks include executing PowerShell scripts for bulk operations, monitoring service health, and supporting mailbox migrations across various platforms. You will also enable and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Copilot within Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Edge, and SharePoint, ensuring proper governance and visibility controls. Additionally, you will partner with engineering teams to operationalize new features, build automated solutions using PowerShell and the Power Platform, and document runbooks for incident management. The role requires expertise in Microsoft Exchange, M365 administration, PowerShell scripting, and familiarity with Copilot connectors and Graph API concepts.

What you'll do
Provide Tier 2/3 operational support for Exchange Online and hybrid environments.

What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Exchange Online and M365 services in an enterprise environment.
Proficient in PowerShell for automation and bulk operations in a Microsoft 365 context.
Strong troubleshooting skills for mail flow, authentication, permissions, and client issues.
Experience with deploying or supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI/automation systems.
Ability to work within enterprise security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
Document runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational standards effectively.
