What you'll do

Evaluate ESD protection circuits using industry-standard CAD tools like Ansys PathFinder and Calibre.
Implement and analyze automated ESD checks to ensure design accuracy and improve protection.
Develop ESD protection techniques to meet rigorous standards such as JS-001 and IEC61000-4-2.
Analyze and solve complex design challenges using electrical engineering fundamentals.
Manage tradeoffs between ESD protection requirements and overall circuit performance.
Perform electrical analysis using industry-standard tools and techniques.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for all designs and projects.

What we're looking for

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an ESD CAD Engineer or equivalent experience in a related field.
Proven experience using industry-standard CAD tools for electronic design.
Strong understanding of ESD principles, standards, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
