Enterprise Security Architect, Lead

What you'll do

• Author an enterprise security architecture roadmap aligned with CISO goals and business needs.
• Lead design, threat-modeling, and remediation sessions with the CISO office and engineering teams.
• Conduct proactive architecture reviews and continuous monitoring across the global hybrid environment.
• Translate technical risks and structural vulnerabilities into clear business-risk metrics.
• Establish and enforce infrastructure security policies and advance security automation.
• Advise on planning and operations for CISO Engineering Security Edge workstreams.
• Map infrastructure patterns to frameworks like NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, and CIS Controls.

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of experience with architecture across edge and perimeter defense and enterprise security infrastructure.
• 10+ years of experience with cybersecurity and infrastructure.
• 5+ years of experience in a security architecture role influencing architecture decisions and priorities.
• Experience applying security governance, policies, and standards, managing security governance workstreams, supporting incident response, and advancing SI automation.
• Knowledge of SASE/SSE convergence, Zero Trust principles, and network service security including DNS, PKI/CAOps, and proxy services.
• Knowledge of security framework alignment (NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, CIS Controls), hybrid enterprise environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), and AI development methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical risks into business-risk metrics, author security architecture roadmaps, and lead sessions across at least four stakeholder groups.
• HS diploma or GED, Public Trust, CCIE and CISSP Certifications, and cloud/Splunk/x-AI training (preferred).
