What you'll do

  • Define and implement target-state architecture for Finance and Legal applications.
  • Lead design and implementation of end-to-end architectural solutions ensuring integration and performance.
  • Develop multi-year roadmap for modernizing ERP, FP&A, Legal, and Sales Compensation systems.
  • Architect AI/ML-driven solutions to optimize finance and legal processes like predictive forecasting and contract risk scoring.
  • Ensure seamless data flow across Finance and Legal systems using APIs and middleware, defining unified data models.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of software engineering experience with significant time as an Architect or Principal in ERP Systems (Oracle/Netsuite/SAP), FP&A Systems (Anaplan), and CLM systems.
  • Deep expertise in NetSuite, Anaplan, Conga, Xactly, and other core enterprise systems including AI/ML integration.
  • Proven ability to architect functional and technical solutions within major business applications, understanding data models and APIs for integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with leading LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude) in delivering AI-driven financial and legal process optimizations.
  • Strong background in system integration using middlewares like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica to connect Finance, Legal, CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) with knowledge of data lakes/warehouses for SaaS revenue and compliance analytics.
