What you'll do

  • Define and govern methods, tools, and processes for developing world-class technological solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate Enterprise Architecture activities with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute processes for maintaining and ensuring conformance to Enterprise Architecture standards.
  • Lead architecture governance review board, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and firm policies.
  • Provide architectural leadership in resolving inter-program and inter-project issues and advising on integration strategies.
  • Recruit and manage a team of engineers who translate architectural vision into working prototypes and robust frameworks.
  • Build consensus and mediate conflicts among stakeholders to create an environment that solicits positive contributions.

What we're looking for

  • At least 15 years of experience in Solution Design & Architecture, including financial services industry context.
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural design standards, data architecture, security architecture, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, product management methodologies, and governance frameworks like TOGAF.
  • Proven ability to manage high-priority projects, prioritize initiatives, and drive change across engineering organizations.
  • Experience in hiring, building, and managing highly performing architecture teams within large organizations.
  • Expertise in cloud concepts such as identity & access management, network security, geo redundancy, encryption, and cost optimization.
