What you'll do

Monitor pre and post-release public feedback to identify and report new issues in the field.
Investigate reported user issues through test reproduction, debugging, and diagnostics analysis.
Triage and prioritize high-impact customer issues in coordination with engineering teams.
Identify trends and actionable insights from large and complex data sets.
Develop and improve tools to automate, scale, and optimize internal workflows.
Report on the progress of seeding programs and other key project statuses.
Use customer feedback to advise and craft engineering responses throughout the development cycle.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or Applied Math.
4+ years of experience in software engineering, project management, or a related field.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages.
Hands-on experience with generative AI and large language models, including prompt engineering and building automation workflows.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and debug complex technical problems.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience as a software or QA Engineer is preferred.
Technical proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
