Engineering Project Manager, Developer Publications

What you'll do

• Manage the delivery of teaching materials including snippets, sample code, tutorials, and API references.
• Build project plans and schedules to track and prioritize tasks across multiple product releases.
• Identify and resolve project conflicts, inter-dependencies, and technical risks quickly.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, program meetings, and review sessions.
• Drive resolution on technical and engineering issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use tracking tools and web databases to manage project status and information flow.
• Evolve the processes for how projects are defined, managed, and delivered.

What we're looking for

• 3 to 5 years of experience in program or product management for software development, or an equivalent technical management role.
• Experience developing and releasing a software product.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional software release projects within rapid development cycles.
• Experience leading strategic programs with the ability to implement at the tactical project level.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Ability to track and prioritize tasks across multiple product releases and efforts simultaneously (preferred).
• Ability to understand priorities, clarify direction, and present clear project status (preferred).
• Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience (preferred).
