What you'll do

Architect a comprehensive migration roadmap from SAP ECC to S/4HANA with clear milestones.
Drive strategic decisions on implementation approach, evaluating hosting strategies across On-Premise, Cloud, and SAP RISE.
Lead the SAP Program Management Office, establishing governance frameworks and project standards for efficient execution.
Identify and manage risks and interdependencies across workstreams, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
Own departmental budget management, delivering accurate forecasts and tracking spend to senior leadership.
Champion compliance with SAP Project Lifecycle methodology and corporate governance standards throughout the transformation.

What we're looking for

8+ years of SAP project management experience with at least 5 years leading large-scale SAP transformations
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC in full-cycle migrations or implementations
Proven track record managing cross-functional programs with budgets over $XXM, including financial tracking and forecasting
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop global teams of contractors and third-party consultants across multiple time zones
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) using tools like JIRA or MS Project
Strong experience presenting executive-level reporting tools and dashboards for program visibility and progress
