What you'll do

Define and execute the red team's strategic roadmap aligned with DoorDash’s threat landscape.
Lead and grow a team of offensive security engineers, hiring to fill capability gaps as needed.
Stay technically engaged in engagement scoping, methodology development, and tooling decisions.
Drive cross-functional remediation outcomes by partnering with detection/response and product engineering teams.
Build purple team workflows to validate defensive coverage and improve detection capabilities.
Translate red team findings into actionable risk language for non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

7+ years of offensive security experience with at least 3 years in management.
Deep hands-on expertise in red teaming, TTPs, attack chains, and tooling.
Track record of shaping security strategy across engineering and product teams.
Experience with cloud-native operations and custom offensive tool development.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team of offensive security engineers.
Strong cross-functional influence for driving remediation outcomes.
