What you'll do

Independently red-team designs, models, and analyses to find failure modes and hidden assumptions.
Build and develop analysis tooling to prove or break claims in engineering systems.
Reconstruct and verify others' work to identify errors missed by the team.
Work closely with multiple engineering teams to provide actionable guidance for design improvements.
Communicate complex results clearly, including visual data presentations, to various stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Top Secret security clearance required
Hands-on experience in designing, building, and analyzing real engineering systems
Proven ability to independently identify and resolve complex technical issues
Proficiency with physics-math scripting languages (MATLAB, Python, etc.)
Strong background in relevant fields like Aerospace or Systems Engineering
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data visually and verbally
