Engineering Manager, Parcel

What you'll do

• Provide technical guidance and leadership for a team of 8+ engineers across mobile, backend, and web platforms.
• Manage the hiring process to build a diverse and inclusive engineering team.
• Translate complex business needs from multinational corporations into high-quality product requirements.
• Define the product roadmap and vision in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Partner with data teams to measure the impact and success of delivered features.
• Oversee the development of mid-mile transportation systems and integration with external logistics providers.

• Own the hiring process to grow a diverse and inclusive engineering team.
• Collaborate with business and engineering leaders at multinational corporations to formulate product requirements.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to define product roadmap and vision.
• Partner with analytics and data counterparts to measure impact of features.
• 2+ years of experience in people management, ideally leading a team of 8+ including senior engineers.
• Prior experience working on a user-facing product.
• Extensive experience as an engineer in a product-focused development environment.
