Engineering Manager, Network Security

What you'll do

• Lead the security vision, architecture, and operations for global data center network infrastructure.
• Design and implement scalable security architectures for hyperscale, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
• Embed security requirements into the early stages of hardware and software development lifecycles.
• Conduct threat modeling and design reviews to ensure secure-by-design system architectures.
• Define and enforce network security policies that balance robust protection with operational scalability.
• Integrate and operationalize new security technologies across existing and next-generation networks.
• Automate advanced network security controls to improve consistency and efficiency at scale.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and design guidance to engineering teams.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience building, securing, and deploying large-scale data center network and cloud environments.
• 5+ years of security leadership experience.
• 3+ years in a senior architecture role.
• Sophisticated knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, security protocols, and large-scale network features.
• Deep technical background in network-layer security mechanisms including routing isolation, firewalls, NAC, VPNs, and overlay technologies.
• Cloud-scale networking security experience in developing and maintaining frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Extensive understanding of public/private cloud networking security architecture and compute virtualization technologies.
• Experience with OVS, Container, and Kube networking is preferred.
