What you'll do

  • Navigate complex tradeoffs between user experience, regulatory requirements, and engineering constraints.
  • Grow a cross-platform team of engineers focused on quality and ownership.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of industry experience with at least 3 years in engineering management.
  • Experience leading product engineering teams shipping user-facing features across multiple platforms.
  • Track record of managing cross-platform teams (backend + mobile + web) and coordinating delivery.
  • Strong product intuition and ability to partner with PMs, designers, and legal/policy stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with sensitive data handling, privacy-by-design principles, or identity verification systems.
