As a senior frontend engineer on Airbnb’s Client Data & Networking Platform team, you will empower engineers across the company to build fast and reliable features at scale by designing and implementing improvements to infrastructure and tooling. Your expertise should include extensive TypeScript experience for web applications, a deep understanding of client networking and performance optimization, and a track record in mentoring engineers and driving best practices. You must also have experience influencing engineering strategy within large organizations and developing internal tooling and CLI applications, with agentic AI solutions being a plus.

Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive best practices across an organization.
Demonstrated influence on engineering strategy and technical priorities in a large organization.
Interest and experience in developing internal tooling and CLI applications.
