What you'll do

Lead the onboarding of data-producing teams to the shared semantic model for high-quality data.
Drive the development and maintenance of the attribute serving platform delivering quality signals at scale.
Define and build the Trip Intelligence product, including real-time trip lifecycle views.
Resolve schema ambiguity and ensure data consumers have confidence in the entity platform's reliability.
Partner with infrastructure teams to advance state-of-the-art for real-time data processing.
Validate signal layer meets actual use cases of proactive trip support and host AI products.

What we're looking for

9+ years of industry experience with at least 3-5 years in engineering management.
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
Background in data engineering, platform engineering, or data infrastructure.
Hands-on fluency with distributed data systems including batch and streaming pipelines.
Experience building cross-functional platforms and navigating producer-consumer tensions.
Comfortable with greenfield work from early-stage specs to full system development.
Strong communication skills for technical decisions at senior leadership levels.
