What we're looking for

BS or MS degree in EE/CS/CE or equivalent experience.
8+ years of overall relevant experience.
4+ years of management experience.
Prior software development experience.
Effective written and verbal communication skills regardless of audience or problem complexity.
Organizational skills to lead projects and drive software development with a matrix team of globally distributed engineers.
Experience with mentorship and developing engineering staff.
Embedded Software development background.
Previous Agile experience, especially with distributed teams and matrix projects (preferred).
Prior leadership of rapidly growing teams (preferred).
Experience with industrial quality standards: ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434 (preferred).
