What you'll do

Design and operate robust CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows for software build, testing, and deployment.
Develop and maintain scalable, modular full-stack solutions including backend services and frontend components.
Integrate and standardize toolchains across the SDLC, including version control, build automation, and security scanning.
Monitor and optimize pipeline and application performance using observability capabilities.
Enforce security, compliance, and quality controls aligned with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
Apply DevOps, containerization, and infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices to technical design decisions.
Support governance, traceability, and validation practices for AI-assisted software development in regulated environments.
Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in software engineering and/or DevOps.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines in cloud or hybrid environments.
Experience with DevOps toolchains, Git-based workflows, and container platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong backend programming skills and familiarity with frontend frameworks.
Understanding of SDLC practices, documentation, traceability, and validation requirements within regulated environments.
Ability to learn and apply new technologies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and German.
